weighted scores

I've created a scoring form for a call monitoring quality assurance. In the
spreadsheet, there are two scores- the 1st score grades them on their
telemarketing skills as well as required standards. The second score grades
them on their soft skills. To get the grand total of the whole call, I added
both scores and divided by 2. But I would like to somehow give more weight
on the 1st score. Is there any way to do this?

Thank you.

weighted scores

=((A2*$M$1)+B2)/(1+$M$1)

where M1 contains the weighting factor
