Pivotable Columns
 
Autoformat "Report #6" places selected headers as column headers rather than
row headers. How can I do this manually? Everytime I drag a header into the
columns, it places the values.

That AutoFormat moves your Column fields into the Row area, so you could
do that manually. It also changes the layout to Outline:

Right-click the first Row field button, and choose Field Settings
Click the Layout button
Choose 'Show items in outline form
Check the box for 'Display subtotals at top of group'
Click OK, click OK

You can repeat these steps for all Row fields except the innermost.
