I am attempting to write a formula in Excel that converts Hex to Dec. I have
attempted to add in this function, unsuccessfully. I'm not sure what I'm
doing wrong, the 'Help' (F1) did not completely help. If someone could offer
some assistance, I would appreciate it.

Make sure that the Analysis Toolpak is loaded, ToolsAddins, and check it.
