Shared workbook and print formatting.
We have a excel shared sheet that the whole department uses for putting in
there whereabouts each day. It is in a 'shared' folder for all to view and edit. I have it set up for each month with each day as a new tab at the bottom. Everything works fine until we format it in the morning for view in alpha order and printing. The alpha view comes out fine but when we go to print and we have it formatted for the page breaks to work, sometimes it prints the 2 pages that have information but most people end up getting pages and pages. The page break formatting does not take effect when others open the sheet. Any suggestions as to how I can get this to print uniformly for everyone. Thanks Nancy Walsh |
