Worksheet formula problem - serving sizes!
 

I need some help with a worksheet problem!

I am trying to calculate how many serving sizes there are according to what size is chosen from a cell & the amounts are from another worksheet.

'Printed Sheet'
row B C D
3 Babies 1 Ounce (sum)
4 1 - 2 yrs
5 3 - 5 yrs
6 6 - 12 yrs
7 Total

'Size Values'
Row A B C
1 Item # Size Value
2 1 1 Cup 1
3 2 ¾ Cup 0.75
4 3 ½ Cup 0.5
5 4 ⅓ Cup 0.333333333
6 5 ¼ Cup 0.25
7 6 ⅛ Cup 0.125
8 7 ¼ Piece 0.25
9 8 ½ Piece 0.5
10 9 1 Piece 1
11 10 ½ Slice 0.5
12 11 1 Slice 1
13 12 1 Ounce 1

I need 'Printed Sheet' D3= whatever serving size is chosen in C3 eg:"1 Ounce" then look up "1 Ounce" in 'Size Values' worksheet and *C13 by G2 amount in 'Size Values' worksheet.

This needs to be done for all serving sizes depending on what gets chosen (if that makes sense!!)

Help my brain is frozen.

vlookup will do what you want,but i cant quite follow through on a formula
