Counting conditionally formatted cells
 
Hi,
I am looking for a formula that allows me to count the cells in a range that
have been conditionally formatted. By this I mean only those cells that
have satisfied their respective conditions and therefore have had the
special formatting applied.

The simplest way is to sum using the same tests as the CF.
