Excel 2003. Using countif for a range R3:X23. Want to find the number of
numbers greater than or equal to 10,000 but less than 20,000.

One way is to use two COUNTIFs, i.e.

=COUNTIF(R3:X23,"=10000")-COUNTIF(R3:X23,"=20000")
