I want to type the spanish name Munoz but I can't figure out how to add the ~
on top of the "o" in the name.

Type Mun then use "Insert" "Symbol" Character number 245 from
ASCII(decimal) then type z.

Press and hold ALT, then enter 0245 on the numeric keypad

Or:

Do you mean Muñoz? (Held down alt, typed 0241 on keypad for the ñ.
