copying conditional formats (2007 Beta)
 

I need to copy my conditional Format to multiple cells. I am using the
"Format all cells based on their values," with the format style being the
"Icon Sets." When I put in the rules, I am unable to take out the $, as it
says "You cannot use relative references for Conditinal Formatting criteria."

How do I copy without getting the value from the original cell?

Try Selecting all the cells and then applying the CF, I've not tried xl2007
but that's how I allways do it.
