how do I count occurrences of multiple conditions
What I am trying to do is count the number of occurances that meet two
criteria. Specifically I need to count how many times the initials CB are in A3:A306 and in the same row however range Q3:Q306 the cell is blank. I am running into problems with the last criteria being blank. Additional the value or lake thereof in Column is derived by a formula that allows the sumation of cell if the specifed cell is not blank ie.'=IF(ISBLANK(K282)," ",SUM(L282:T282)) |

You have lost me exactly what you are wanting to do. That being said to count
with multiple criteria you probably want something like... =sumproduct(--(A3:A306 = "CB"), --(Q3:Q306 = "")) -- HTH...
