Excel 2002 Autofilter
I have an Excel spreadsheet that I am using the Autofilter option. Sometimes
when I click on the drop down arrow and select a field the drop down arrow turns blue and then I can not click on any of the drop down arrows to choose another filter. The original drop down arrow stays blue and prevents me from being able to use the autofilter again. I have to save and exit and reopen the document again |
Excel 2002 Autofilter
I have noticed this issue when there is too much data and too many formulas.
In my case I just had to give the worksheet inordinately long time for it to start showing all the data.(When I clicked on the All option in the filtered list). You may want to turn off Automatic Calculations when using this Autofilter feature and see if that speeds up things. "Chuck" wrote: I have an Excel spreadsheet that I am using the Autofilter option.
