Default how to randomly select data in excel

Hi,

I have just seen the solution to the query at the site mentioned below.

I tried this formula [Worksheet Method 2: Using SMALL() with a helper column
] but I just got only 1 random number in column C1........where as I was
expecting 4 random numbers to be displayed in column C1:C4

Please could you explain where I could have gone wrong.

I wanted similar solution to one of my query........where out of set of 100
questions I want randomly selected 20 questions each time.

Hope to here solution to my query.....
Cheers,
Mandeep Dhami

Did you have 4 cells selected when you array-entered the formula?
