Isolating mailadresses

Hi
Into a spreadsheet I have copied an adress list, where names, mailadresses
and phonenumbers are on one line. I imagine I could use an IF function and
say something like, if the word had @ in it, then isolate it into the next
row, and if the "word" contains numbers then isolate it to row 3. Is that
possible, and if then how.
Thanks

What do you mean by 'isolate it into the next row'? Also, won't the next
address be in the next row?
