What formula is used to replace blanks in spreadsheet with zeros?

Is there a formula you can use to replace blanks in a worksheet with zeros
without manually going thru the rows and columns and clicking in the zeros?

Enter a 0 in a spare cell
Copy that cell.

Select all the blanks that you want to convert,
Goto EditPasteSpecial
click Add
OK out

clear the 0 cell.

Not a formula but a really easy way to do this - select the area you want to
populate with 0's, press CTRL + H (opens up the Replace dialogue box), in the
"Find What" box leave blank, in the "Replace with" box enter 0, hit replace
all and the zeros will populate. (Not quite sure why you would want to do
this though)

Are the blanks the results of formulas or just plain old blanks?

If by formulas suggest you change the formulas to return zeros.

If just blanks, see the other responses.
