Enter a 0 in a spare cell
Copy that cell. Not a formula but a really easy way to do this - select the area you want to populate with 0's, press CTRL + H (opens up the Replace dialogue box), in the "Find What" box leave blank, in the "Replace with" box enter 0, hit replace all and the zeros will populate. (Not quite sure why you would want to do this though) |

Are the blanks the results of formulas or just plain old blanks?
If by formulas suggest you change the formulas to return zeros. If just blanks, see the other responses.
