SUM Calculations Returns #VALUE but displays correct total with "Insert Function"=fx
 
The following calculation =SUM(IF(H4:H39="Monthly BS",G4:G39,0))
(and several others like it) used to work, but I rearranged the data
and corrected the ranges for the functions and now they don't work.
When I click on fx in the toolbar to walk through the function
arguments, the correct "Formula Result =" is displayed. But, when I
click on the check mark it goes back to #VALUE!.

Array enter it using CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER

try this:
ctrl+shift+enter (not just enter) in your formula
