Hi

Try dragging the relevant field back out of the Pivot Table to the Table
Field List, then do a PT Refresh.
Then drag the filed back to its required place in your PT.

If this doesn't work for you, then Debra Dalgleish has some code at her
site that will run through the whole range of items and clear thus that
are not currently in use.
