Hi Tiffany

Assuming row 1 has your headings
Rank Brand Jun 06 ('000)
with the data beginning on row 2, then first change column A.
Instead of entering 1,2 3 etc., enter
=ROW()-1
and copy down

Now, mark your whole block of data and choose
DataSortselect the option My data range Has Header rowsSort byJun
06Descending

Hi Tiffany

Since you say the headers are on 2 rows, I guess the ('000) is on row
29.
If this is the case, then in cell A30 enter the formula as
=ROW()-29
and copy down.
Mark Row 30 onward as your block of data to sort (omit rows 28 and 29)
and choose
DataSortNo headerColumn CAscending
