XP is simply an operating system, it's the network that all the other stuff
runs on. Things such as spreadsheet applications etc often come as part of an Office package like Microsoft Office, or Star Office or Ability Office. The closest you will get in terms of functionality to Microsoft Office, for no expenditure is likely to be OpenOffice which is freely downloadable at www.openoffice.org albeit it is circa a 70MB download. -- Regards Ken.......................
