Could do with some help please.
Trying to set up a work rota of names using a MS Excel spreadsheet - no
problem there except, I would like to have a 'Drop Down List' to select
about 5 names from.

I can get it to work with 'Pick From Drop-down List' but would like a better
way if poss.

Seems like you could use Data Validation.
