"IF" function, have the facility to place a colour in the cell

I am using Excel 2003
My suggestion is that when using the "IF" function there should be the
opportunity to colour a cell with green, if true, or red, if false. This can
serve to highlight or draw attention to the the outcome, even better if the
cell "flashes" the colour.

You can use Format | Conditional Formatting to change a number of
formatting features (foreground/background colour, font etc) depending
on some condition.

Hope this helps.
