Change results , change data in othe cells across the row

Cell F4 has the word "current" then Cell G4 has "X"

Cells from H4 to P4 may have an "X" or are blank.

Can I have if F4 = current then G4 = X
and if G4 = "" change X in H4 to P4 to M.

If so how?
