Default Time Table

If the timetable has time going horizontally and has set periods, you
need to create a master list of teachers, to make sure their names are
entered consistently. then use these name to populate the timetable.
then in counditional formating choose formula and in say cell B3
countif(b3,B$3:b$30)1 and mae the cells go red. this will show when
there is a timetable clash, and the conditional formating can be copied
to the other cells

Regards

Dav
