Disable cut and paste
 

Hi,

Is it possible to disable cut/copy/paste in a workbook, while still allowing
the cells to be editable?

My workbook is already password protected, with some of the cells unlocked
and editable.
I want these cells to remain ediable but disable the 'cut' function, because
cutting them upsets a second sheet which refers to these cells
