Allow the pasting of a .jpg or other image file into a cell in Ex.

I would like to add my logo to the spreadsheets I circulate.

I can't find out how to paste a .jpg or other image file into a cell.

Just click on "insert", "picture", "from file" and select the jpg file you
want.
