"Fixed Objects Will Move"

When I try to filter a large spreadsheet, I get "Fixed Objects Will Move" and
then the spreadsheet locks up. I have tried clicking on ok once and many
times I also try to close the notice and still I remain locked up. I have to
Control Alt, Delete to get out of this.
