Force "+" sign
 

I was wondering if there was a way to create a number format that displays the
plus sign on positive numbers (and the minus sign on negative numbers).

FormatCellsNumber tab, Custom, in the Type box, enter something like

+0;-0;0
Or
+#.00;-#.00;0

Try Custom format "+0;-0" without the ""
