I want just one formula to calculate employee bonuses given the following
three scenarios:
1) If Gross Profit is under 250,000, no bonus
2) If GP is between 250,000 and 750,000, bonus is 3% of GP minus 250,000
3) If GP is 750,000 or more, bonus is 3% of total GP

In cell A1, I will be inputing the employees GP.
In cell A2, I want the bonus amount to be calculated.

So far, I have the following formulas which calculate scenarios 1/2 and 3
respectively, but I don't know how to combine them:
=IF(D29<250000,0,0.03*(D29-250000))
=IF(D29=750000,0.03*D29)
