fiterling merged cells
If I am to use the auto filter function on the table, (pls see attached spreadsheet), for example for order FG38169, there are 10 items, since I have merged the cells G6:G15, when I choose FG38169 from the drop-down menu, it only shows the row contains Item 1, but not the rest of the 9 items in the same order. How can I make it to show all items within the same order number? thanks -- vickyho1008 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ vickyho1008's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...fo&userid=8169 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=568257 |
fiterling merged cells
Don't merge cells as it is referenced as G6 and therefore will only display
items on row 6. Merging cells is to be avoided as it creates problems such as you have discovered. (Why merge them?)
