Finding row & column given value in a Table
 

I have a table say 10 rows by 10 columns that includes row and column
headings. The values in the table change based on other parameters in
the spreadsheet. I am interested in finding the Row and Column headings
that correspond to the minimum value in the table.

Is there an easy way to do this?
