Default function for pulling certain numbers from a cell?

Hello All,

Here is my question...

is there any way to use a function to pull A3 (0600) out of A1 (0600, 0625,
0630, 0700, 0702, 0703, 0706, 0708, 0772, 0829) without typing it in
manually? I know I could use =RIGHT(A1,4) for A7 but what about the others?

A1: 0600, 0625, 0630, 0700, 0702

A3: 0600
A4: 0625
A5: 0630
A6: 0700
A7: 0702
