Paste special doesnt have values
 

When i use paste special function for copying values from one file to
another, Past special appears with Bitmap, picture and so on instead of
formulas, format, values....Pls help

You have each workbook open in different instances of excel.

Close one of them.
then in the other instance, use File|Open to open the second workbook.

Then try your copy|paste special.
