Sounds simple, but I can't get my simple line graph to accept a change in the
Minimum Y axis value. Here's the data. I want the minimum Y value to be 90. I go to format the Y axis and check the Minimum box and set at 90. I hit OK and the scale is the same. When you CHECK minimum, it autoscales the minimum. Make sure it's UNCHECKED.

I've noticed that even when I uncheck the auto check box in this the numbers
change over to something else when I go back to the dialog box to change the numbers again. Why is that? I don't understand how the scale numbers work. Most times I get a mish mash of values on the left hand side of the graph. The data information is crammed all together that is. How do I find what the correct scale numbers are to plug into the minimum and maximum boxes? Thanks, Paul "annem" wrote: How simple and dumb of me. Many Thanks.
