hi

i have a spreadsheet that has columns to indicate the outcome of
certain accounts at work.

for example:

Not proceeding
Gone Elsewhere
Changed Mind
Going Ahead

etc.

i need to make it so that you can only enter 'y' in of of them...if you
enter it in another it will flag it up or not let you?

can anyone help?
