Default Conditional Formatting Need to Return to Zero

Here is the formula.....=IF(SUM(C7-4000)6000,6000,SUM(C7-4000)) I know I
should be able to insert another IF statement or perhaps a Max.....

Default Conditional Formatting Need to Return to Zero

Base Rate $5.00
Up to 4k 0.0017 7.48 $0.01
4k to 10K 0.0024 (3,992.52) $(9.58)
Over 10K 0.0025 3,992.52 $9.98
7.48 $5.41
I would like the 4k to 10k to return to zero instead of showing a negative
number
