Not all links are created equal

I have links between multiple worksheets in a single workbook. The
question I have is the data in a cell link over correctly but different
font color in the cell does not transfer. Here is what I am trying to
do.

EX. cell 1/2 / block 30 / #2 pmc intermittent

In the link the font is black and cannot be changed. if someone could
help it would be appreciated.

Not all links are created equal

Links do not carry formatting with them.

Values only are returned as with any formula.
