Pivot Table Sub total and totals

Hi

I have a pivot table wth a field in the column area containing two values,
yes and no. My data is then filterd to these two columns. I have created a
calculated item adding the yes and no for a total people. I created another
calculated field to compute the percentage of 'yes' to the total people. I
have turned off the row grand totals. My column sub totals snd grand totals
are not giving me acurate percentages for the data in the fields. Am I
missing something?
Yes/No
No Yes Total Percentage
Person1
Sub total person1
person2
sub total person2
person3
sub total person3

Thanks for your help in advance.

Instead of creating calculated items, add another copy of the Yes/No
field to the data area of the pivot table.
Right-click on a cell in the new field, and choose Field Settings
Click the Options button
From the 'Show field as' dropdown, choose % of Row
Click OK

How do I create the copy? Every time I try to add it to the pivot table
again, I only end up with one.

From your sample data, it looks like Yes/No is in the column area,
Person is in the Row area, but I can't tell what's in the data area.
Add another copy of the field that you have in the data area, that
you're using to count the Yes and No values. Then change the field
settings for that second copy.
