Vlookup using 2 sheets
 

Hey Guys,

Thanks in advance for the help.

I have a 2 sheet document.

Sheet 1 "Report"
Column D: Outgoing calls

Sheet 2 "PhoneData"
Column B: Name of caller (e.g. Smith, Rex, Sam)

I need to calculate the total number of calls made by "Smith"
so i need a formula for Sheet 1 column D row 3 ("Smith") to calculate how many times the name "Smith" appears in Sheet 2 Column B.

Then:

I need a formula for Sheet 1 column F row 3 ("Smith") to calculate how many calls where over 00:60 for "Smith", Data from Sheet 2 Column I.
