send temporary data without saving the workbook
Hi all,
Users in different locations use a vba userform. data from the form are loaded to a workbook template which is saved with a new name and then sent to a central. I also want a small extraction of the data sent to me. However, as the filing system will be different at each pc, i don't want the user to look for a file where the extracted data are stored. I want my data copies and pasted to a new workbook and then send the workbook (without saving it). So far I have recorded the following: Sub copytonew() Selection.CurrentRegion.Select Selection.Copy Workbooks.Add ActiveSheet.Paste Application.Dialogs(xlDialogSendMail).Show End Sub Everything I do in sendmail-dailog is not recorded! So, my question comes down to: What are the possibilities of xlDialogSendMail ? Is the xlDialogSendmail restricted to special Excel versions? any help is greatly appriciated, Thanks in Advance Sybolt |

One question i have left is: Can you force the sending of the mail without clicking on the 'Send' button in the mail window? Thanks, Sybolt |
