Eliminating Duplicate Entries in a Column
 

I have a mailing list in Excel of 2500 names. After sorting by street address, I see many duplicates. I only need to send to one name at each address. Can anyone suggest a way to automatically delete the multiple addresses without going thru manually?

Data = Delete Duplicates or filter your data with Advanced Filter
without duplicates
