Hello,
I'm asking myself if there is something already available to compare two excel files. (cell by cell, each sheet in the two excel).

I know a little bit of VBA but if there is something done already (maybe I can change the code little bit by myself) it would be better. ;-)

that depends how strict you want to be.
If files are almost identical you can try to use Open XML SDK
Productivity Tool. It compares xml structure.

Take a look at the Compare Lists Assistant at http://www.add-ins.com/compare-lists...s-in-excel.htm. It should do what you want.
