Default Fill color when negative

How can add a yellow fill when the cell contains a negative value?

Here's a portion of my spreadsheet:

30.98
11.48
40.96

Conditional Formatting will do that.

Excel 2010:
Home tab Conditional formatting Highlight cell rules Less than Format cells that are LESS THAN: 0 (zero) With 'down arrow' custom format Fill 'select yellow box' OK OK.
