On selected worksheets, when the print icon is selected in the toobar, I need the print dialogue box to show instead of the entire worksheet printing. Can you offer a macro? Thanks.

Why can't you use the *Print...* menu to open the dialog?

When I select the print menu, it automatically prints all the pages that I have in the worksheet. I am wanting to be able to select a range by using the print dialogue box.

What version of Excel are you using that the *Print...* menu doesn't
open a dialog. (That's what the ellipses after the word *Print*
indicate)

Note that a menu is *NOT* an icon!

FilePrint... opens the dialog. Also, Ctrl+P.
