How to count colour and content of fields?
1 Attachment(s)
Hi all,
I was hoping that someody may be able to assist me in this area which I've no experience of doing before. I have a spreadsheet containing a colour coded column, with each field containing text also. I need 2 results at the bottom of this, preferably auto-calculating each time the contents of those fields are updated. I need one area which denotes how many red/green/amber fields there are for example. Then for the same fields, I also need a count of how many say "SAC1/SAC2/SAC3" etc. I have attached a copy of the file. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I've no idea how to begin this. Thanks Dawn |
