[Excel 2010] how to get a horizontal scroll bar form control
 

In excel 2010 there is only the vertical scroll bar form control and the
rotation is not allowed.
How can I get an Horizontal scroll bar?

It appears vertical on the controls menu, but you can draw (add) it as a horizontal control.
