This is a really BAD idea! I suggest you 'Protect' the sheets and the
workbook to prevent users from making changes. You can do this via
ToolsProtection in XL2003 and earlier, or via the 'Changes' section on
the 'Review' tab of the Ribbon in XL2007 and later.

Make file read-only and changes cannot be made.

Or Protect workbook and worksheets.
