Retrieve NTFS security groups from network folder
 

Hi.
I need to write a procedure that accepts a network folder name as
input, and outputs all security groups/users associated with that
directory. I've searched hundreds of pages but with no luck and am
ready to rip my hair out.

Any tips / pointers / nudges in the right direction will be appreciated
