Changing mutiple data fields at the same time
 

Hello,

Does anyone know a way within XL to change multiple data fields (ex.
from sum to count) at the same time? If not, could someone please help
me start to develop a macro to do so?

Select the cells where you want a change then try EditReplace

What: count

With: sum

Replace all

Hi Gord,

I don't think I explained my request that well. I am trying to change
multiple pivot table data fields at one time. I tried the replace you
mentioned and recieved a message stating that XL couln't find any data
to replace.

Any thoughts?
