My macros have been disabled. How do I enable them?

Excel in MS Office 2010

Probably something along the lines of click on the evil round
multicoloured blob at the top left and then select:

Excel Options
Trust Centre
Trust Centre Settings
Macros

It would not surprise me at all if they have hidden it somewhere
slightly different on XL2010 - I only have 2007 on this machine.
