Returning 100%
Hi all
Am try to get the following to give me 1 of 3 productivity outputs. =If(C2=B2,100,IF(C2<B2,(C2/B2)),0) So If: "Actual" = "Planned" then = 100% * "Actual" "Planned" then = Calculated % ** "Actual" < "Planned" then = Calculated % *This should also calculate so that if it exceeds 100% it reflects eg 150% ets... ** I was kind of hoping that lets say if 10 is planned and 0 is the days outcome, I would like it to reflect a -100% although I'm not sure it is possible to calculate a negative percentile. Column A = Day Column B = Planned Column C = Actual Column D = %Actual Mon - 10 - 10 - 100% Tue - 20 - 10 - 50% Wed - 10 - 20 - 200% Thu - 10 - 0 - 0 ( -100% prefered ) TIA Mick. |

Cancel that request.
For those interested, I worked out the following =IF(C4=0,0,IF(C4B4,(C4*100),PRODUCT(C4,1/B4)*100)) Cheers Mick. |
