helpp on being able to cut & paste automatically from a web client into a sheet.
 

I am using a scheduler called z-cron to start safari web browser which has
its start up ie its home page connecting via port to another running
application to collect data from this application ( I can only collect the
applications data using web client ie cannot export it ...).

This captured text data now in the web browser is then cut and paste into
xcel sheet manually ( appending to the bottom of an open sheet )

Appreciate advise on how to I can use xcel to do the cut and paste
automatically for me.
I'm guessing calling the safari browser at regular intervals.
